Just let me know when you'd like classes,
and we'll arrange it.
Yoga will center, strengthen, stretch, relax, invigorate,
alleviate pain, heal, and help you be more fully present in each moment.
No matter what your ability level, we (you and I) will find postures/ alignment that's comfortable for you, and as challenging as you want.
Sessions may include any/all of these styles:
Hatha: sustaining physical postures
Vinyasa: flowing, linking breath and movement
Prenatal: care and preparation for mom (to be)
Latin Fusion: mix of yoga and salsa aerobics,
